According to Forbes’ 2021 Best Employers for New Grads, they rated Merck and Co. as number one on their list! This company is a Drugs and Biotechnology company based out of New Jersey, and they are growing at a fast rate according to their stock holdings for the past 5 years.
They rated Southwest Airlines second and University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center as third based off of their survey. You can narrow their list by industry or search for a specific company, which I thought was pretty neat if you know what industry you want to work in. Taking a look at Fortune’s article from 2016, they ranked ENGEO, an engineering company based out of California, as their first place company to work at as a college grad. Their reasons? High volume of job growth and good hiring numbers. They ranked ALKU and Kimley-Horn as second and third. Interested in their list? Take a look here.
