Here's what you need: 1 8-oz. brick of cream cheese at room temperature
1 stick of butter at room temperature
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 18-oz. box of moist chocolate cake mix
Confectioner's sugar for cookie dusting Here's what you do: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the cream cheese and butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer. After the two are thoroughly mixed, beat in the egg, vanilla extract and chocolate cake mix. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for two hours. Once chilled, roll the batter into tablespoon-sized balls and then roll them in confectioner's sugar. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, two inches apart, and cook for 12 minutes.
