Dominic A. and Donna J. Falgiani, Jr Scholarship

The Dominic A. and Donna J. Falgiani, Jr Scholarship is available to sophomore, junior and senior students at Youngstown State University. You must be majoring in art, education or special education, have a minimum 3.2 GPA, and submit a FAFSA to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students from Youngstown City public high schools.
