Description
The Swann Foundation Fellowship is open to scholars who are researching cartoon art and caricatures. You must be either a M.A. or Ph.D. candidate working toward the completion of a dissertation or thesis in North America, or be engaged in postgraduate research within three years of receiving a graduate degree.
