Leo Bourassa Scholarship

The Leo Bourassa Scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled in a curriculum related to water resources. You must be a Virginia resident attending a Virginia college or university to be eligible for this award. Undergraduate students must have completed at least two semesters of study. This scholarship is awarded based on academic performance, educational plans, and contribution to the field of water resources.
