Description
The Quell First Responder Legacy Scholarship is available to students who have experienced the devastating loss of a parent (who served as a first responder- i.e. law enforcement, fire, EMS, dispatch, corrections) to a line of duty death or suicide. You must have a minimum 3.5 GPA to be eligible for this award.
