Description
The Michelle M. Vasenda Fund is available to college students from the Akron, Ohio, area pursuing studies in nursing and. To be considered for this award, you must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and have participated in volunteer service, internship or shown a commitment to healthcare with priority given to a cancer-related field or provider organization. Established in memory of Michelle M. Vasenda, a career nurse who lost her battle to breast cancer.
