Description
The Robert Joubert Scholarship is open to college sophomores to to graduate students. You must have an interest in the Hot Mix Asphalt Industry, be a resident of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont or New York and have completed at least your first year in an appropriate engineering or construction technology program with an interest in the transportation construction field in order to be considered for this award. In addition, you must also submit a statement of 500 words or less using the topic provided by the sponsor and three reference letters.
