The Cecil C. Humphreys Non-Resident Scholarship is open to entering freshmen at the University of Memphis. You must have a minimum 3.5 high school GPA and an ACT score of at least 31 (1390 SAT) to be considered for this award. Additionally, you must be an out-of-state resident.
