Description
The SMPS Foundation Zinsmeyer Scholarship Fund is available to sophomore, junior or senior attending one of the Historically Black Colleges or Universities (HBCUs). You must majoring in architecture, construction management, engineering, marketing, mass communication and public relations, be an African-American, U.S. citizen or permanent resident of hte U.S., have a minimum GPA of 2.5, and demonstrated, unmet financial need as verified by their college or university to be eiligible for this award.
