Description
The Cartography and Geographic Information Society (CaGIS) Scholarship is open to American Congress on Surveying and Mapping (ACSM) members who enrolled full time in undergraduate or graduate programs in cartography, geographic information science or mapping science. To be considered for this award, you must submit a completed application form with the following material: proof of your ACSM membership; a brief statement indicating your educational objectives, future plans of study or research, professional activities and financial need; at least three letters of recommendation (a minimum of two from faculty members familiar with your work); and a complete original official transcript.
