Description
The Phil Schaltenbrand/Westerwald Pottery Scholarship is open to entering freshmen attending California University of Pennsylvania. You must have graduated in the upper 10 percent of your class to be eligible for this award. This scholarship is awarded first to anyone from the following counties: Allegheny, Fayette, Greene, Washington or Westmoreland. An essay is required.
