Description
The Wisconsin State Horse Council Scholarship is available to Wisconsin residents pursuing post- secondary study in an equine profession. You must be a full-time Wisconsin resident for the past five years and a current member of the WSHC to qualify for this award. Three letters of recommendation, a picture and transcripts are required.
