Description
The Deputy William G. "Billy" Giacomo Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Richwood and Nicholas High School who are planning to pursue a degree that would lead to a career as a criminal defender. You must be the child or grandchild of a law enforcement officer who works or have worked in Nicholas County, or is a Nicholas County resident employed by a federal agency.
