The Love Your Career Scholarship is available to students attending an accredited college or university. You must submit an essay of between 1,000 and 3,000 words describing at least three steps that you plan to take in the next year to start a path towards having a career that you love in order to qualify for this award. Topics may include: What are your passions that could be turned into a career? What are some ideas you have for a business based on things that you love and are skilled at? The Atlas Shrugged Essay Contest is open to high school seniors, undergraduate and graduate students. You must write an essay of between 800 and 1,600 words on one of the three topics listed on the sponsor's website in order to be considered for this award. Deadline: 9/27/21

Easterday Poetry Award

The Easterday Poetry Award is open to high school students. You must submit a poem of 20 lines or less that will be judged on creativity, originality, imagery, artistic quality, and mastery of poetic expression in order to be considered for this award. There are no theme or style requirements. Deadline: 9/30/21

AES Engineers Scholarship

The AES Engineers Scholarship is available to high school seniors and all students attending a post secondary educational facility. You must submit a required essay of between 500 and 1,000 words in answer to the following question: "When you look back on your life in 30 years, what would it take for you to consider your life successful? What relationships or accomplishments will be important on this journey?" You need not be majoring in engineering to qualify for this award. Selection is based on character, as determined by an evaluation of the essays that are submitted. Deadline: 10/8/21

Voice of Democracy Scholarship Competition

The Voice of Democracy Scholarship Competition is open to high school students. To enter, you must write and record a three - to five - minute broadcast script on the following theme: "Is This the Country the Founders Envisioned?" Deadline: 10/31/21

The Creativity Leads to Success Scholarship is available to all high school, college and graduate school students. You must be a citizen of the US and submit an essay of no more than 500 words that answers this year's question: "How do you use creativity in problem solving?" to be eligible for this award. Art Bender Scholarship

The Art Bender Scholarship is available to students pursuing a quality profession - related curricula. You must reside and attend school in Indiana and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Deadline: 11/15/21

The Scholars Helping Collars Scholarship is available to high school seniors. To be considered, you must submit an essay detailing your volunteer efforts to help animals in need, and how that involvement has changed your life or shaped your perceptions of the importance of animal welfare. Create-a-Greeting Card Scholarship Contest

The Create-A-Greeting Card Scholarship Contest is open to currently enrolled high school and college students in the United States. To enter, you must design a holiday, get well, anniversary or birthday greeting card and submit your work to be judged. Your photo, art, or graphics submitted must be your own original work and you must be at least 14 years of age to be eligible for this award. Deadline: 3/2/22
