Description

The Palantir Meritocracy Fellowship is available to applicants who will have a U.S High school certificate of graduation at the start of the fellowship and a minimum SAT/ACT score of 1460/33. To be eligible for this opportunity, you must be willing to take the full fall semester off to work at Palantir and cannot be simultaneously enrolled in university classes. Additionally, you should be adaptable, proactive, collaborative, communicative, and possess the extraordinary ability to confront open-ended and ambiguous problems. Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (eg. Python, R, Matlab, SQL) is a plus. As an intern, you fellow, you will work alongside a full-time team solving a variety of technical problems that contribute to Palantir products and customer outcomes. Your duties may include helping customers with AI-powered solutions to protect soldiers on battlefields, manufacture high-quality products across complex supply chains, power hospitals' operations, and safely deliver aid to refugees. You'll transform their ideas from prototype to tangible product, crafting innovative workflows that turn their vision into reality. Upon successful completion of the Meritocracy Fellowship, fellows that have excelled during their time at Palantir will be given the opportunity to interview for full-time employment.
