Data Entry Associate
Are you interested in beginning your career in HR and Recruiting? This data entry and research role provides the opportunity to get exposure to the world of passive candidate sourcing. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, passionate about data, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and tasks are routine, but varied in nature. This role primarily involves researching candidate profiles, assessing profile information, collecting and formatting the appropriate data, and uploading the data into a database to populate all required fields and complete the record. This tech-savvy assistant will perform their core duties while looking for better ways to improve or automate the process.
Key Responsibilities:Retrieve and assess data using Excel, LinkedIn, and other external websites and internal tools
Enter pertinent data into database and continuously monitor data quality and integrity
Execute data quality program focused on completeness, formatting standardization, and deduplication
Proactively identify and recommend data enhancements and system customizations to improve the process
Maintains appropriate records, files documentation, etc.
Other projects and duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:Microsoft office skills (Word, Outlook and Excel) with strong Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLookups)
Track record retrieving and analyzing data
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
Maintain strict confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of relevant professional experience
Strong business analysis and functional experience with quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
Prior research and data entry experience
Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
Experience with CRM platforms or data management/BI systems
Previous HR or recruiting exposure
Ability to simplify manual processes
Web scraping experience
