Description
The Albert O. and Lillian Rathke Educational Scholarship is available to full - time entering freshmen and transfer students at Central Michigan University. You must be a resident of Bay County and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Freshman students must have a minimum 2.8 high school GPA; transfer students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
