Description

The Rotary Club of Winter Springs Scholarship is available to students at Seminole State College of Florida. You must be a resident of Seminole County and be a graduate of Oviedo or Winter Springs High School. You must also have a minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.
