The Dr. and Mrs. Marshall D. Welch, Jr. Endowed Diesel Scholarship is available to students at the Pennsylvania College of Technology. You must have at least a 3.0 GPA while majoring in a diesel field and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to residents of Lycoming County.
