Description
The Murice C. Talley Memorial Scholarship is available to seniors graduating from Crossnore Academy, East Burke and Freedom high schools, and the North Carolina School for the Deaf at Morganton who plan to attend an accredited U.S. college, university or community college. You must demonstrate financial need and participation in school activities and community service to be eligible for this award. Preference goes to students with a GPA between a 2.0 and 3.3.
