Description
The Wiseman Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at Washburn University. You must be from one of the following high schools in Topeka: Topeka West, Topeka High or Highland Park. This award is renewable for four years with a maintained 2.0 GPA and completion of at least 12 credit hours per semester.
