The Lewis J. Ort Regional Science Scholarship is open to entering freshmen at Frostburg State University. You must have an interest in science and be a resident of Allegany, Garrett or Washington counties in Maryland to be considered for this award. Residents of bordering counties in West Virginia or Pennsylvania are also eligible.
