Description
The Poulson Family Scholarship is available to visually impaired students from Utah. You must have a visual acuity of not greater than 20/70 or a visual field not exceeding 30 degrees or a fuctional visual impairment of similar degree in the best eye with the best correction. You must be planning to attend, or currently be in attendance, at a university in Utah. You must also be a member of the Utah Council of the Blind to be eligible for this award.
