Description
The Pay it Forward Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen at Clarion University who are graduating from either Clarion-Limestone High School or Keystone Oaks High School. You must have a minimum 2.75 GPA, a minimum SAT score of 900 and a minimum ACT score of 19. You must also submit a short essay, not to exceed one page, on your concept of "Pay it Forward" to be eligible for this award.
