Description
The Competitive Out-of-State Scholarship is open to out-of-state and international entering freshmen at New Mexico Highlands University. You must have either a minimum 20 ACT score and a 3.5 GPA, or at least a 23 ACT score and a GPA of 3.0 to be considered for this award. This scholarship covers the difference between in-state and out-of-state tuition and provides a $200 book stipend per year.
