Description
The Harold Conner Minority Scholarship is open to African - American Tennessee high school graduates who are planning to attend the University of Tennessee, Martin. You must have a minimum ACT score of 21 and a minimum 3.25 GPA to be eligible for this renewable award. Selection is based on ACT scores and high school academic and leadership record.
