Description
The Earl P. Andrews, Jr. Memorial Scholarship is available to minority high school seniors from Montgomery County. You must have a minimum ACT score of 23 and a minimum GPA of 3.5. Also, you must submit an essay and participate in a personal interview to be eligible for this award.
