The Charity Rotch Scholarship is available to full - time Kent State University, Stark Campus students 21 years of age or younger who are residents of western Stark County, Ohio. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, have a FAFSA on file with the school and provide two letters of recommendation to be considered for this award.
