The Frederick B. Abramson Memorial Scholarship is open to degree-seeking college bound seniors graduating from a public high school located in Washington D.C. who are committed to attending a four-year accredited college in the United States. You must demonstrate financial need and commitment to community service and social change, have a minimum 2.75 GPA and a minimum 1000 SAT score with at least a score of three on the essay section to be considered for this award.
