Description
The Center Music Study Club - Mrs. Willie Clifford Scholarship is available to students at Panola College. You must be majoring in fine arts and be a graduate of Center High School. Additionally, you must maintain full-time enrollment and a minimum 2.0 GPA to be eligible for this award. If the award criteria is not met, fine arts majors from any Shelby County school may apply.
