Description
The LT. Charles Spencer Scholarship is open to high school seniors in the Northern Virginia Area. You must have been accepted and attending a Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), have at least one parent who is a veteran of the Armed Forces, have a minimum 2.5 GPA and submit a 350-word essay on the prompt provided by the sponsor in order to be considered for this award.
