Description
The Beat the Odds Scholarship is available to Oregon public high school seniors who have succeeded in spite of hardships such as poverty, disability, homelessness, personal tragedy, or systemic inequalities. You must have at least a 3.0 GPA, participate in activities that are helpful to others (such as volunteer work), and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.
