Description
The Raymond A. Tice Scholarship I is available to graduating high school seniors planning to attend an accredited two - or four - year college or university in San Diego County. You must plan to continue your education in San Diego County and have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award. You must also demonstrate financial need and be involved in extracurricular, community, church, or work experience activities.
