Description
The Project 21 Scholarship is available to high school seniors in Missouri. To be considered, you must write an article, create a poster, or submit a one - to five - minute video addressing the issue of underage gambling. The focus of your submission should be on the topic of deterring young people from engaging in underage gambling and / or the ramifications associated with underage gambling. Selection will be based on originality, content, style, and educational value.
