Description
The Dr. Roy Risner Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors. Priority will be given to students from San Dieguito Union High School District, Carlsbad Unified School District, Oceanside Unified School District, Vista Unified School District, or San Marcos Unified School District. Additionally, preference will be given to students pursuing career in education.
