Description
The Coppin State University Blue Freshman Merit Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Baltimore City public high schools. You must be accepted to and attend Coppin State University and have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA. Also, you must have a combined SAT (CR+M) score of 900 to qualify for this award.
