Description
The John Kelly Scholarship is open to full-time freshmen at Eastern Illinois University. Preference will be given to the student who intends to teach art in an elementary school. If there is no recipient who will be teaching art, then the award goes to a student who intends to teach in an elementary school. A minimum 2.0 GPA is required. This award is issued in the fall semester.
