Description
The Donald E. and Cheryl K. Evans 4-H and FFA Scholarship is available to full-time students at Pennsylvania Sate University, College of Agricultural Sciences. You must be enrolled in the agricultural and extension education program, have been an active member in the Penn Pennsylvania 4-H or FFA program during high school and demonstrate academic merit to qualify for this award. Preference is given to residents of Blair or Huntingdon County.
