Leroy F. Aarons Scholarship

Description

The Leroy F. Aarons Scholarship is available to LGBT students with an interest in a career in journalism. You must be a graduating high school senior or college undergraduate who demonstrates a strong commitment to journalism and the issues facing the LGBT community. Undergraduates do no need to be journalism majors to qualify, though participation in journalistic organizations and activities is required. Graduate students in journalism programs are also eligible for this award. You must submit a complete application package in order to be considered for this award.
