Description
The Rural American Scholarship is available to full-time non-traditional students at Southern Oregon University. You must live in a rural community, be at least 23 years old, and have completed at least 90 college quarter credits with a minimum 2.8 GPA to be considered for this award. Additionally, you must currently be underemployed or hold a position that is unsatisfactory.
