Description
The School Paraprofessional Scholarship is available to library paraprofessionals who are obtaining the certification needed to serve as a school library technician. You must be working in a classified position in the library media field, be enrolled in a two-year paraprofessional program with the goal of becoming a qualified library technician, be a resident of Southern California and intend to work in California upon completion of the certificate program to be eligible for this award. Additionally, you must be a member of the California School Library Association and provide three letters of recommendation to qualify.
