Description
The West Elmira Fire Department Scholarship is available to residents of Fire District Number 1, who are seeking an associate's or bachelor's degree. Preference is given to a member of the fire department or a dependent of a member. Selection will be based on grades and scholarship, financial need, citizenship, community and school activities, and active membership in the West Elmira Fire Department.
