Description
The Richard D. Norris Student Government Scholarship is available to students at Parkland College who are active in school clubs or organizations. You must have completed at least one semester with at least eight credit hours and a minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award. You must also submit an essay on the importance of extracurricular activities and three letters of recommendation (one from a club/organization member and two from peers).
