Description
The Scholarship for Excellence is available to District of Columbia public high school and public charter high schools seniors who plan to attend college. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, plan to major in mathematics, science, information technology, engineering, computer science or a related field and be accepted to a historically black college or university to be considered for this award.
