The University of California, Santa Barbara Center for Black Studies Fellowship is available to experienced scholar/researcher with a strong background in African diasporic culture. You must assist the Center's director coordinating key aspects of the project plan including enhancing the new media lab, advancing research and programmic goals, and further developing community outreach goals. Preference is given to researchers working in the areas of digital technologies and the African Diaspora. You will be in residence at UCSB during the academic year and work full time on the Center's project as well as your own research. You must submit a curriculum vitae, a writing sample (approx. 25 pages) and 3 letters of recommendation.
