Award Amount: Up to $12,000 The Career Development Grant is available to female students pursuing a certificate or degree to advance their careers, change careers, or reenter the workforce and whose bachelor’s degree was received at least five years before the award period. 2. International Fellowship for Women

Deadline: 11/15/19
Available to: Graduate Students, Year 1 through Year 5
Award Amount: Up to $30,000 The International Fellowship is available to female students pursuing full-time graduate or postdoctoral study in the United States who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents. You must have earned the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree by November 15, 2018, and must have applied to their proposed institutions of study by the time of the application. 3. Women in Science Environmental Scholarship

Available to: High School Freshmen through College Seniors
Award Amount: $500 The Women in Science Environmental Scholarship is available to female high school or college students, with preference given to those who are choosing to pursue a science degree. You must demonstrate financial need, and submit a one-page essay that demonstrates an idea you have for helping improve the environment, either global or locally using Drone Technology to be eligible for this award. 4. Selected Professions Fellowship for Women

Available to: Graduate Students, Year 1 through Year 5
Award Amount: Up to $18,000 The International Fellowship is available to female students pursuing full-time study in a master’s or professional degree program in which women are underrepresented, including STEM, law, business, and medicine. 5. Haffizulla Family Scholarship

Available to: College Freshmen through Graduate Students, Year 5
Award Amount: $2,000 The Haffizulla Family Scholarship is available to female medical students. You must have been actively involved in the student division of AMWA for at least 2 years and remain a member in good standing with AMWA in order to be considered for this award. 6. Association for Women in Mathematics Essay Contest

Deadline: 1/31/20
Available to: High School Freshmen through College Seniors
Award Amount: Varies The Association for Women in Mathematics (AWM) Essay Contest on Biographies of Contemporary Women in Mathematics is open to all students in three categories: grades 6 - 8, grades 9 - 12, and college undergraduates. Your essay must be primarily based on an interview with a woman currently working in a mathematical career and be approximately 500 to 1000 words in length. The winning essays will be posted on the AWM web page and the grand prize winner will have his or her essay published in the AWM Newsletter. Available to: High School Seniors through College Seniors

8. P.E.O. Program for Continuing Education

Available to: College Juniors through Graduate Students, Year 3
Award Amount: $2,000 The P.E.O. Program for Continuing Education is available to female students in the United States and Canada. You must be a citizen of the US or Canada and attend a college or university in the US or Canada. You must be within 24 months of completing your educational goal and have spent at least 24 consecutive months as a non-student during your adult life to be eligible for this award.
