Description
The Perry 'Second Chances' Scholarship Award is available to women and girls who have been impacted by incarceration. You must be a U.S. citizen and at least 18 years of age to be eligible for this award. Priority will be given to women of color. Selection is based on an academic transcript, two letters of recommendation, and a one-two minute video essay filmed horizontally.
