Description

The CompScience Remote Engineering Internship is available to undergraduate and graduate students who are pursuing a degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related technical field. To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess solid programming skills and foundational knowledge of Python, particularly for data manipulation and scripting. You should also have familiarity with fundamental software engineering principles, including data structures and algorithms, and a strong understanding of fundamental machine learning, computer vision, or natural language processing concepts. As an intern, you will assist in the development, training, and testing of computer vision and machine learning models aimed at identifying workplace hazards. You will contribute to innovative projects focused on the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) for risk analysis and safety insights and collaborate with senior engineers to process and analyze large-scale visual and analytical datasets for model improvement. This internship is offered on a fully-remote basis.
