Description

The Charlotte Observer Summer Internship is available to student who are interested in a professional career in journalism, multimedia, or digital design. To be considered for this internship, you should be curious, a self-starter, and passionate about journalism that engages community and effects real local change. As an intern, you will be treated like a staff member, whether you are working as a reporter, visual storyteller, or audience / social media specialist. You will work with seasoned staffers and local leaders as well as receive mentorship, coaching, and training. This internship is located in Charlotte, NC, and runs for 10 weeks.
